Hi everyone!
If you navigate to your Digital Downloads page on BackerKit (where you got your PDFs) you'll see a brand-new download available there: Music of the Western Deep Volume One!
The download features all the tracks from our crowdfunded album (composed by Nolan Markey and performed by the Budapest Scoring Orchestra and a number of phenomenal soloists). We're really excited to be able to share this music with you!

Surveys Going Out--Keep an Eye on your Inbox!

Hi everyone! I'm getting some messages from folks letting me know that surveys haven't gone out properly yet, delaying some backers from being able to access their rewards on BackerKit.
We sent out what's called a "Smoke Test" earlier this evening to make sure a subset of backers were able to complete their surveys properly, but there will unfortunately be a bit of a delay getting them out to all backers.
I'm hoping to have them all sent out in within 24-36 hours, so please keep an eye on your inbox for the BackerKit survey email!
Apologies for any delays--and please don't hesitate to give me a ping if you have any issues completing your survey when it arrives.
Volume 3 PDF Now Available, BackerKit Pre-Orders Open, Discord Instructions to Follow!

Thank you for your patience, everyone! We're pleased to announce that the full PDF digital copy of Volume 3 has been sent out to all backers via BackerKit!
You should all be receiving links to the same email you used to back the project encouraging you to head over to BackerKit to claim your rewards. On that page, you'll find digital downloads available for Volume 1, Volume 2, and Volume 3 in PDF form.
Now in terms of production, it's just a question of some final minor adjustments for printing before they go to our book printer and we begin the process of physical rewards!
We're also pleased to announce that our BackerKit Pre-Order Store is now open as well, allowing backers and non-backers alike to pre-order additional items from the campaign like our pins and any remaining copies of the books.

We had a few questions during the campaign from folks who had Volume 1 but not Volume 2, or Volume 2 and not Volume 1--I hope that being able to purchase the standard hardcovers individually (as long as our stock holds out) helps to rectify any gaps in people's bookshelves!
DISCORD INVITES COMING SOON!
In our next backers-only update, we'll be sending out an invite code for our community Discord server. The instructions will be repeated there, but I'll also mention them here as well:
1.) You'll see a link to a Discord server in our next Kickstarter update! If you're a backer, go ahead and click it to open Discord and be taken into the server!
2.) You'll be sent to a Welcome Channel, where access is limited. This is a manual step to make sure the Discord invite stays to backers only.
3.) To gain full access to the Western Deep community Discord, just send a message to one of our admins (either tdcpresents or kobb) and also include the email address you used to pledge to the campaign. It'll be your Kickstarter account email!
4.) The admin will cross-check your email address with the one in our backer spreadsheet and once they've confirmed you as a backer, you'll get full server access! It's that easy!
